Pricing
Start with one workflow. Grow when it pays for itself.
SeuSive is priced to prove ROI before you commit: a paid 30-day pilot first, then a monthly plan that fits your clinic. No EHR migration, no per-seat fees, no year-long contract to begin.
Four ways to run follow-up.
Begin with a paid pilot, then grow into Core, Pro, or per-patient Care Programs.
We set up one workflow, enroll real patients, and hand you an ROI report. The honest way to try it.
The full follow-up loop for a single-location private clinic.
Multiple providers, advanced routing, multi-location, priority onboarding.
Chronic care, metabolic, GLP-1, and longitudinal support. A base plus per active patient.

You shouldn't have to buy a year to find out if it works.
Most clinical software asks for a long contract and a big migration before you see a single result. We do it the other way around. The paid pilot is fixed-scope and fixed-price: one workflow, real patients, and an ROI report you can take to your partners. If the numbers aren't there, you've spent a month — not a year — finding out. If they are, the loop is already live.
In every plan, by default.
The safety model and the patient experience don't change with the tier. The plan decides how much you run, not whether it's done right.
A clinician stays in the loop
Nothing clinical reaches a patient on its own. Every plan runs patient-facing messaging through a staff review queue.
No patient app, every channel
The companion opens in any browser, and you reach patients on website chat, WhatsApp, SMS, and email — reviewed in one place.
Clinic-branded, with an audit trail
The whole experience runs under your clinic's name, and every output carries its source, reviewer, and audit record.

White-label & enterprise
Need it on your own domain, for many clinics?
Run the whole experience as your own brand, across locations or partner clinics, with the governance a group needs. We scope white-label and enterprise rollouts per engagement.
Pricing questions.
How does the paid pilot work?
You start with the Follow-Up Revenue Sprint — a one-time 30-day engagement (typically $1,500–3,000) where we configure one workflow, enroll real patients, and hand you an ROI report at the end. It's a fixed-scope way to see follow-up run in your clinic before committing to a monthly plan. If you move to Core or Pro afterward, the pilot has already done the setup work.
Do you charge per seat or per user?
No. Core and Pro are priced per clinic, not per login, so your whole team can use the review queue without per-seat fees. Care Programs adds a per-active-patient component on top of a base, because that's where the ongoing clinical value scales.
What counts as a "workflow"?
A workflow is one configured follow-up loop for a specialty or use case — for example a post-procedure aftercare check-in, a GLP-1 titration program, or a no-show recovery sequence. The pilot includes one; Core includes up to three; Pro is unlimited.
What's an "active patient" in Care Programs?
An active patient is one enrolled in a care program and receiving check-ins in a given month. Patients who have completed or paused a program aren't billed. This keeps per-patient pricing tied to the patients you're actually managing.
Is there a long contract or setup fee?
The pilot is the setup — there's no separate implementation fee on top of it. Monthly plans are billed monthly or annually; we don't require a multi-year contract to get started. Multi-location and white-label rollouts are scoped individually.
What does white-label cost?
White-label — your own domain and no SeuSive branding, or a private-labeled patient app for clinic groups — is included on Pro and available as an option on other plans. Because it's configured to your brand and governance needs, it's quoted per engagement. Talk to us and we'll build a quote.
Which currencies and markets do you support?
Prices are shown in USD as a reference. We serve private clinics globally with active focus on the US, Croatia, the UAE, Malaysia, and Singapore, and can bill in local arrangements for those markets. In the UAE we also support Abu Dhabi DoH JAWDA longevity outcome reporting.
Do we need to replace our EHR?
No. SeuSive is not an EHR and doesn't replace one — it sits alongside your records as a supervised follow-up layer. There's no migration, which is why a clinic can be live with a pilot in weeks, not quarters.
