Patients

If you are using Seusive Companion through a clinic, contact your clinic first for medical advice, care-plan questions, prescriptions, urgent symptoms, or changes to your record. Seusive does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace emergency care.

Clinic and app support

For app access, demo issues, account questions, or clinic onboarding, email [email protected].

Privacy requests

For privacy, access, correction, or deletion questions, email [email protected]. Patient data requests are normally handled through the clinic as controller, and Seusive assists the clinic as processor.

Security reports

To report a vulnerability or security concern, email [email protected].

Emergency care

Do not use Seusive Companion for emergencies. If symptoms are urgent, call local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department.
